Jon presented his defense titled "Microcavitation as a Neural Cell Damage Mechanism in an In vitro Model of Blast Traumatic Brain Injury" on Thursday, May 4, 2017. In attendence were committee members Dr. Christian Franck, Dr. David Henann, and Dr. Diane Hoffman-Kim along with a standing-room only audience full of family, friends, and supporters. Jon will continue his academic career this fall at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor under Dr. Ellen Arruda. Congratulations, Jon!
